1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cut potatoes in cubes and boil in water until soft.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in frying pan, add onions and saute until lightly brown, set aside.
When potatoes are fully cooked, mash and mix in the onions.
